Our Current Positions Open:

Tech Support

  • Provides technical assistance before, during, and after events to ensure everything runs smoothly. This role may assist with audio/visual setup, digital platforms, troubleshooting equipment, and supporting the team with any tech-related needs.

  • Logistics Support

    Helps coordinate the behind-the-scenes details that keep events organized and efficient. Responsibilities may include setup and breakdown, managing supplies, vendor coordination, and helping maintain event flow throughout the day.

  • Accessibility Coordinator

    Works to ensure events are welcoming, inclusive, and accessible for all attendees. This role helps identify accessibility needs, coordinates accommodations, and advocates for thoughtful, community-centered event experiences.

  • Fundraising/Donor Relations

    Supports the organization’s growth by helping build relationships with donors, sponsors, and community supporters. Responsibilities may include outreach, fundraising campaigns, donor appreciation, and assisting with grant or sponsorship efforts.

  • On Call Event Staff – Availability Based

    Provides flexible support for events as needed based on availability. This role may assist with guest check-in, setup, activities, crowd support, and general event operations wherever extra help is needed.

  • Book Club Leads ( Last Wednesday of the month)

    Facilitates engaging and welcoming book club discussions that encourage connection and thoughtful conversation. Leads help select readings, guide discussions, and create an inclusive environment for participants.

  • Work Bestie Lead

    Helps foster professional and social connections within the community through networking and coworking-style events. This role encourages relationship-building, collaboration, and meaningful conversations among attendees.

  • Recurring Writers Club Support ( First Tuesday of the month)

    Provides direct support to the Writers Club Lead to help recurring meetings and activities run smoothly. Responsibilities include assisting with event setup and breakdown, supporting participant engagement, and helping create a welcoming and encouraging environment for writers of all levels.

  • Recurring Artist Club Support ( Third Tuesday of the month)

    Works directly alongside the Artist Club Lead to support recurring creative gatherings and activities. This role assists with setup and breakdown, participant support, and helping maintain an inclusive and inspiring space for artists and creatives.

  • Recurring Book Club Support ( Last Wednesday of the month)

    Provides direct support to the Book Club Lead for recurring meetings and discussions. Responsibilities include assisting with setup and breakdown, helping with event flow, and creating a warm and organized experience for attendees.

  • Movie Night Coordinator ( Last Thursday of the month)

    Provides direct support to the Movie Night Lead to help community movie events run smoothly and successfully. Responsibilities may include assisting with setup and breakdown, coordinating activities, supporting guests throughout the event, and helping create a fun and welcoming atmosphere for attendees.

  • Recurring Speed Friending Support ( Second Thursday of the month)

    Provides ongoing support for recurring Speed Friending events designed to help community members build new connections in a fun and welcoming environment. Responsibilities include assisting with setup and breakdown, helping facilitate the fast-paced event structure, supporting attendee engagement, and ensuring the experience runs smoothly for all participants.

  • Admin Lead & Support

    Provides administrative and organizational support to help the organization operate efficiently. Duties may include scheduling, communication, record keeping, volunteer coordination, and assisting leadership with day-to-day tasks.

  • Partnership Coordinator

    Builds and maintains relationships with local businesses, organizations, and community partners. This role helps create collaborative opportunities, sponsorships, and partnerships that align with the organization’s mission and events.

  • Pride Coordinator

    Leads and supports Pride-related programming and initiatives that celebrate and uplift the LGBTQ+ community. Responsibilities may include event planning, community outreach, partnership building, and ensuring inclusive and affirming experiences for attendees.

  • Field Trip Lead

    Plans and leads group outings through the Field Trip program, which focuses on discovering fun, interesting, and community-centered experiences around the city. Responsibilities may include researching activities and events, coordinating logistics, communicating with attendees, and helping create engaging and memorable group experiences that encourage connection and exploration.
